1 package lime Jello
1 1/4 cup hot liquid (juice from pineapple & water)
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 baked pie shell, cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in hot liquid. Add ice cream by spoonfulls, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened but not set (25 -30 minutes).

Fold in crushed pineapple. Turn into pie shell. Chill until firm (15-20 minutes).

Garnish with remaining fruit.
