1 lb. Ground chuck or round
1 Yellow onion, chopped fine
1 tlb. Minced garlic
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, chopped medium
1 Medium jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms
1 Jar of your favorite tomato sauce
1 Small can tomato paste
1 tlb. What's This Here Sauce
2 tlb. olive oil
1 Small box of elbo macaronni
1 tsp. Itilian spices
1 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Brown ground meat and add lawry's season salt, then drain any grease off.
2. Simmer In a medium sized sauce pan tomato sauce, tomato paste, what's this here sauce and italian seasoning over low heat for 1 hour. Keep on low heat.
3. Saute' in a small skillet olive oil, onion, garlic and bell pepper over medium heat until onion is translucent. Add mushrooms and saute' over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
4. In large sauce pan (5qt.) mix meat and sauted' veggies cook at a very low heat.
5. Add tomato sauce mixture to meat and sauted' veggies and simmer on low heat, (20-30min.). Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
6. Cook elbo macaronni until tender. Drain in a collander. Add cooked macaronni to meat and sauted' veggies. Simmer on low heat, careful not to let stick.
Note: If the goulash is slightly dry, add a little red wine to make it just right or a little water.

Note: You can double the recipe to feed more or have leftovers. This is like a good meatloaf or a lot of other dishes we grew-up on that always seemed better the second time around.
