1 jar sliced mango (from produce department of supermarket)
1 lime
1 large sweet onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
6 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Hot sauce to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine diced tomatoes, onion, and mango, and put in a bowl. Squeeze the lime juice over them. Add salt, pepper, and cilantro. Add hot sauce if desired. Mix well, and refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Use within 1 week.

Serve with chips, grilled chicken, beef or fish.

If you are not a mango fan, this is also good with watermelon, peach, kiwi, nectarines, or more tomatoes for a regular salsa.
