10 c. cubed sturdy white bread
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 t. vanilla
8 eggs
2. T. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. maple syrup
2/3 c. half-and-half

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in 13 x 9 pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add milk, half-and-half, 1/2 c. maple syrup, vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour mixture over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375º. Remove bread mixture from refrigerator and let stand on counter for 30 min. Bake for 50 minutes or until set. Sprinkle the souffle with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup. Serves 12.
