1 pie shell
4 cups sliced, peeled, ripe peaches
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons quick cook tapioca
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.

Combine peach mixture (first four ingredients) in large bowl. Let stand 15 minutes.

Combine flour mixture. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle 1/2 of this mixture over bottom of pie shell. Cover with peach mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over peaches. Bake for 10 minutes. Continue baking at 350º for 20 minutes.
