3 cups flour
2 1/4 cups of sugar divided
1 tablespoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup orange juice
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
4 medium baking apples, peeled and thinly sliced
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a bundt cake pan.

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Mix eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, toss apples with cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar.

Spread 1/3 of batter into prepared bundt pan. Top with 1/2 of the apples. Repeat layers. Carefully spread remaining batter over apples.

Bake for one hour. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
