9" pie shell, unbaked
6 thick slices bacon
12 thin slices swiss cheese
4 eggs lightly beaten
2 c. light cream
1 T. flour
ground nutmeg
black pepper, cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon slices in half. Cut cheese slices into pieces same size as bacon. Fry bacon until crisp and drain. Line pie shell with bacon and cheese pieces to cover bottom.

In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over bacon and cheese slices. Bake at 400º F for 15 min., then 325º F for 30 additional minutes.
