Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Cook & drain fat from:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion or 1 T. dried onion
1/2 c. diced celery (optional)

Mix together with whisk:
1 c. ketchup
2 T. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Add:
2 T. flour

Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients and drain fat. Add second mixture to meat and then sprinkle 2 T. flour over mixture and stir to thicken. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
