1 regular size box lemon pudding and pie filling
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 2/3 cups water
Directions:
Directions:
Put pudding and pie filling mix in a saucepan. Add sugar. Mix in lemon peel, fresh lemon juice, egg yolks and water. Then finish the pie as it says on pie filling box, using 3 egg whites and 6 tbsp sugar for meringue.
