4 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
2 t. baking soda
2 c. sour cream
1 t. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the biscuit mix, baking soda and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Drop from a large spoon into 5 inch pancakes. When bubbles appear noticeably on the top, turn to brown the other side. Place in foil lined pan in 300º oven and cover lightly with foil. Place in single layer so they don't become soggy.
