1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. warm water
4 eggs
3 T. poppy seeds


Frosting:

1 (3 oz) cream cheese
1 t vanilla
1/2 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 T. cream or milk

Beat all ingredients together well, adding poppy seeds last. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.
