2 lb. hash browns
10 oz. cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 c. milk


Frozen broccoli
1 c. chopped ham
Shredded carrots
1 c. sausage

Brown hash browns and margarine in oven for 15 minutes at 375.
Mix eggs, milk, cheese, pepper and onion.
Add other options.
Mix with hashbrowns and bake another hour in 9 x 13 dish.
