1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. margarine

1 box graham crackers
8 oz. Cool Whip
6 oz. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

TOPPING: Mix sugar, salt, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and add margarine and vanilla. Let the topping cool.

CAKE: Line pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk. After it thickens, add Cool Whip. Spread over graham crackers, and add another layer of graham crackers.

TOPPING: Beat chocolate topping and spread over the top. Refrigerate three or four hours before serving.
