1 8- oz. jar sun dried tomatos (oil packed, Julienne)
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley and basil
1 15- 0z. can (rinsed and drained) red, white, black beans & black-eyed peas.
1/2 cup, thinly sliced, red onion.
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain sundried tomatos in a seive, over a bowl reserving oil. Place 1/4 cup reserve oil in a bowl. Chop drained tomatos in a large bowl. Add parsley and next 6 ingredients (through onions) to chopped tomatos and mix gently to combine. Add vinegar and remaining ingredients to 1/4 cup of reserved oil, stir with a whisk. Drizzle over bean mixture. Toss gently to coat. Cover & Chill.
