1/2 c pickling salt
1/4 c garlic powder
1/4 c onion powder
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp ground thyme
2 tbsp ground bay leaf
2 tbsp ground mustard
2 tbsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly and put into a shake type dispenser
Place meat on rack over large pan and rub mix well into meat
Load it with all that will adhere
