PORK OR BEEF:
1 c water
1 c vinegar
1/4 c worcestershire sauce

CHICKEN:
1/2c oil
1/2 c vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
PORK OR BEEF:
Combine water with vinegar and W sauce and oil.
In saucepan over high heat, bring mix to boil.
Add juice of 1 lemon when cooled and shake to blend before basting. PERFECT FOR RIBS.

CHICKEN:
Combine oil, vinegar or lemon juice and water.
Sprinkle on seasoning mix or chicken rub and place on grill after basting.
Repeat process as you grill
