1 tbsp oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 10-3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1-1/3 c water
1/4 tsp each paprika and pepper
2 c white rice, uncooked
2 c fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets (opt)

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on med high heat. Add chicken; cover.
Cook 4 minutes on each side oruntil cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Add soup, water and seasonings to skillet; stir.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice and broccoli.
Top with chicken; cover.
Cook on low heat 5 min.
