1 18-1/4 oz pkg lemon or yellow cake mix
1/2 c (1 stick) butter, softened
1 egg plus 3 egg yolks
2 c finely crushed saltine crackers
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c lemon juice from concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg in large bowl until crumbly.
Stir in saltine crumbs.
Set aside 2 c crumb mixture.
Press remaining crumbs on bottom of greased 13X9 baking dish.
Bake 15-20 min. or til lightly golden.
With mixer or wire whisk, beat 3 egg yolks with condensed milk and lemon juice.
Spread over prepared crust.
Top with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake 25 min. longer til set and top is golden.
Cool.
Refrigerate with in 2 hours.
Cut into bars.
Store covered in fridge.
