1 Graham Cracker crust

1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. cold milk
2 t. lemon peel
2 c. Cool Whip, divided
1/4 c. raspberry preserves
1 c. raspberries
1 8 oz, Cream Cheese softened

Directions:
Directions:
In lge. bowl beat cream cheese, pudding mix, milk and lemon peel until well blended. Gently stir in 1 c. whipped topping.
Spoon preserves onto bottom of crust and cover with pudding mixture.

top with remaining 1 c. whipped topping and the raspberries

Refrig.4 hrs. or until firm, store in refrig.
