1 med. chicken in pieces
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 c honey
2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Clean chicken then salt and pepper the pieces.
Bake chicken in preheated oven 30-45 min.
Mix juice, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken and bake additional 30 min. or till done.
Baste every 10 min. after adding honey mixture.
