Filling:
1 pastry shell
2 - 3 large tart apples, cleaned and sliced
1 C sour cream
3/4 C sugar
2 T flour
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt

Brown sugar topping:
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1/3 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Place apple slices in pie shell. Combine sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Spoon over apples in pie shell. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes. Remove and add topping and bake 20 minutes more, or until browned.

Brown sugar topping: Combine ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
