Ingredients:  
1 partially baked pie crust, brush with egg white, do not
prick.

1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. eggnog
4 eggs
1/2 t. nutmeg
In lge. bowl combine eggs, eggnog and sugar; blend well. Pour into partially baked pie shell, sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min. or until almost set; center of filling will be soft.

Cover edge of crust with foil after 15-20 min. to prevent excessive browning.

Cool 2 hrs. or until completely cooled. Store in refrig.
