200 grs. de champignones
1 paquete de queso Philadelphia (8 onz.)
2 Chdas. de queso parmesano rallado
1 Chda. de mantequilla
1 diente de ajo picadito
cebollita china picadita (sólo la parte verde)
perejil picadito
sal y pimienta

Directions:
Directions:
Picar los champignones chiquitos y saltearlos en la mantequilla bien caliente, para evitar que suelten agua. Añadir el ajo, la cebollita china y el perejil. Saltear ligeramente.

Aparte ablandar el queso crema con un tenedor y mezclarlo con la preparación anterior. Condimentar con sal y pimienta.

Vaciar a un moldecito previamente aceitado y refrigerar por unas 4 horas hasta que se endurezca.
Desmoldar y servir con tostaditas.
