Acini-De-Pepe (Macaroni) Fruit Salad Recipe

1 large box of Acini-De-Pepe macaroni
1 T. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
Cook 5 - 6 minutes in 3 qts. of water. Drain - rinse in cold water.
Cook until thick:
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. flour
1 3/4 c. pineapple or orange juice
2 beaten eggs

Add 2 T. lemon juice and cool.
Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

Fold in:
3 cups mandarin oranges drained
20 oz. can crushed pineapple not drained
9 oz cool whip
2 c. marshmallows
1 cup coconut.
