250 grs. de queso roquefort, gorgonzola o blue cheese
1 paquete de 8 onz. de queso crema Philadelphia
1/8 taza de cognac (o más según el gusto)
1 taza de pecanas picaditas
Directions:
Directions:
Poner los quesos en un tazoncito y ablandarlos con el tenedor. Agregar el cognac y mezclar bien. Poner la preparación tapada en la refrigeradora.

Una vez que se endurezca formar 2 cilindros y pasarlos por las pecanas picaditas. Ponerlos en papel aluminio y refrigerar.

Servir con tostaditas.
