3 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 egg
1/2 box of raisins
1 pint of sour cream

Preheat oven to 325º
grease a loaf pan
mix first 5 ingredients
then add egg and mix again
add raisins and mix
finally add sour cream and mix thoroughly
