2 lbs lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork sausage
2 tbsp olive oil
2 medium onions chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 each - green, yellow, red pepper
salt to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp tobasco
1/2 tsp cayene
10 jalepeno's sliced and diced
2 can dark red kidney beans - drained and rinsed
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can flat beer
grated monterey jack cheese


Directions:

Brown meast
heat oil in pot on low heat
add onions, garlic and peppers - cook 15 min. till softened
Stir in next 8 ingredients
cook 2-3 minutes
add remaining ingredients:
tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, flat beer
Simmer 15 minutes
Serve with cheese garnish
