Bread any kind sliced
Shredded cheese (any kind)

Directions:
Directions:
Use glass or cookie cutter to cut out shape in middle of slice of bread
Butter bread on both sides
In a warmed frying pan placed bread side down. Crack egg and open into cut shape of the bread. Fried to desired doneness over medium heat. Flip bread and cook on other side. Add shredded cheese if desired. Serve with tomato slices or fruit
