1 14-ounce can hearts of palm, drained and sliced
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, (plain) drained
and quartered
1 6-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 red onions, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, cut in stripes
1 bottle Good Seasons Italion dressing made with
red wine vinegar
1/2 cup white vinegar
salad greens
cherry tomatoes

Combine all ingredients except greens and tomatoes. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Toss with salad greens and tomatoes.
Serves 12
