"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 bag Oreos, crushed
1/2 gallon ice cream
1 bottle hot fudge sauce
8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos in blender and put in the bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Mix with a little water so mixture is cohesive. Press into the bottom of the pan. Top with softened ice cream, hot fudge (a little warm), and Cool Whip. garnish with crushed Oreos. Freeze until well set. Cut and serve.

I like to freeze it before putting the hot fudge on. That way I can just spread the fudge like peanut butter and not worry about melting the ice cream so much.

Try mint chocolate chip or cookies and cream. They are out two favorites. You can use 1 quart of 2 flavors.
