Favorite roll dough
1/2 can apricot filling

Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough to 1/4" thick. Cover bottom of 2 9 x 13" pans. Cover half with 1/2 can apricot filling, not too close to edge. Flip other half over filling and press edges together to seal. Let rise. Use egg white to dampen top. Mix topping ingredients with pastry cutter until crumbly and cover other mixture. Bake 350º usually 25 minutes or until brown.
