2 cups sugar
2 cups water
12 whole cloves
4 sticks cinnamon
6 whole allspice
2 tsp ginger root (2 chunks)
1 cup orange juice, frozen
1/2 cup lemon juice
5 cups cider

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, water and spices for 10 minutes. Let set together overnight. Strain out spice. When ready to serve, add orange juice, lemon juice and cider. Heat but do not boil. Makes 1/2 gallon.
