4 pork chops (or pork cutlets)
1 T. oil
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 T. sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in 1T. of oil in a skillet on stovetop.
After browning, season with a little salt and pepper.
Mix ketchup and dry mustard together and spead on each pork chop.
Next stir together vinegar, water and sugar, and pour mixture over the prepared pork chops.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. if you like extra sauce, double the liquid mixture.
