2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. white karo syrup
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. raw peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar and syrup to hard ball stage. Add peanuts and butter stirring constantly. Cook until mixture is golden brown. Remove from fire and add vanilla and soda. Beat vigorously until foaming. Pour onto well buttered cookie sheet.

Tommie Duane Lamb was famous throughout Buckeye for his peanut brittle. He would make it for their church bazaar and would give it to friends and family at Christmastime.
