1-1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
4 Tbsp. Margarine (melted)
3 pkgs. Equal or 1 tsp. measured
1-8oz pkg fat free cream cheese (softened)
2-8oz packages reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
18 packages equal or 5-1/2 tsp. measured
2 eggs
2 egg whites
2Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1c. reduced-fat sour cream

Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, butter, and 3 pkg. equal in bottom of 9in. springform pan. Reserve 1 Tbsp. crumbs. Pat remaining mixture evenly on bottom and 1/2 in. up sides. Bake at 350º until crust is lightly browned about 8 min. Cool on wire rack. Beat cream cheese and 18 pkgs equal in a lg. bowl until fluffy; beat in eggs, egg whites, and cornstarch. Mix in sour cream and vanilla until well blended. Pour mixture into crust in pan. Place cheesecake in roasting pan on oven rack; add 1 in. water to roasting pan. Bake at 300º until set in the center, 45 to 60 min. Remove cheesecake from roasting pan, sprinkle with reserve crumbs and return to oven. Turn oven off and let cheesecake cool in oven with door ajar for 3 hrs. Refrigerate 8 hours. Serve with strawberries if desired.
