4 to 5 lb.roast
1 can beef broth
1 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. dried onions
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. italian seasoning
Some nice hard french rolls (Soft on the inside hard on the outside.)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours. Slice or shred roast into strips after four hours. Serve with toasted french rolls and melted swiss cheese and au jus dipping sauce. Great with mayonnaise, butter and horseradish spread on the bread.
