4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 onion chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. cumin
salt & pepper to taste
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can green chilles
2 tsp. garlic minced
1/2 lime
1/4 tsp. chilli powder

Optional: 1 can black beans rinsed and drained,
Avocado diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken, garlic, and onion. (I like to get the chickened nice and charred for more flavor.)Once browned, take out chicken. Then add 2 cans of chicken broth, chilles, and tomatoes. Cube chicken while you bring broth mixture to a boil. Once it starts to boil reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add Cilantro, lime juice, avocado, black beans and all spices.

Serve with crushed chips, cheese and sourcream.
