1 T. butter
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 T. minced,seeded jalapeņo pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
3 c. turkey, cooked, chopped (15oz.)
2 (19oz.) cans cannellini beans or other white beans drained and divided
2 (16oz.) cans chicken broth
1 (4.5 oz.)chopped green chilies
1 c. frozen corn
1 1/2 tsp.ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped, fresh, cilantro

Melt butter, add onion and next 4 ingredients, and saute 5 min. Add turkey, 1 1/2 c. beans, broth, and next 6 ingredients, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 min. Mash remaining beans and add beans and milk to turkey mix. Simmer uncovered, 20 min. or until thick. Stir frequently. Stir in cilantro and serve.
