Crust
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/3 c. powdered sugar
Topping
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (8oz) cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
fresh strawberries (1 qt.)
Glaze
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. red food coloring
3 tbsp. strawberry flavored jell-o powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients. Pat in greased pizza pan, or cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes at 400º. Cool crust. Mix topping ingredients and spread on cool crust. Top with fresh sliced strawberries. Cook sugar, cornstarch, water, and food coloring until clear and thick. Remove from heat and stir in dry gelatin. Pour over strawberries. Chill and serve.
