1 pint strawberries, washed
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Powdered sugar to taste
1-2 tsp. Grand Marnier (optional)

Directions:
Cut stems off berries. Cut a crisscross slice 3/4 of the way down the opposite (pointed) end of each berry. Beat cream cheese, a small amount powdered sugar and Grand Marnier until smooth. Do not use too much powdered sugar or liquer as mixture will be too thin. Place in a pastry bag with a star tip. Pipe mixture into the center of each cut berry. Refrigerate until serving.
