2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground italian sausage, mild
1 lg. white onion, diced
6 cloves of garlic diced
2 stalks of celery diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 4oz. can of tomato paste
2 Tbsp worchester sauce
3 Tbsp bar-b-q sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp pepper
2 Tbsp salt

Mix all thoroughly, and place in a casserole dish, baste top with mixture of 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 A1 steak sauce on top of loaf. Cover with lid; bake at 425 for 45 min. Remove lid, bake additional 30 min at 300.
