1 16oz progresso crushed tomatoes with puree
1 4oz can of tomato puree
1 c. water
2 lg jars Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 pkg french italian seasoning
1 lb hamburger
1 lb italian sausage
1 fresh lemon squeezed
1 bunch parsley
1/2 to 1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 t. oregano
1/8 t. grated garlic
1 qt small curd cottage cheese
1 lb Monteray Jack cheese
12 lb mozzereala cheese
1/2 lb parmesan cheese
1 box lasagna noodles

Brown hamburger, and sausage, combine progresso crushed tomatoes with puree, tomao paste, italian seasoning, fresh squeezed lemon, slice mushrooms, tops of parsley, oregano, and garlic. Simmer for 1 hour. Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package. Drain and cool with cold water. In a 9x12 glass baking dish spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in pan. Add a layer of noodles, spaghetti sauce, and grated Monterey jack cheese. Add a layer of noodles, spaghetti sauce, and quart of cottage cheese. Add a layer of noodles, spaghetti sauce, grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Cook in oven for 30 min at 375º
