12 flour tortilla's
2 lb ground beef
1 onion
2 cans chopped olives
2 cans sliced mushrooms
4 cups shredded cheese
2 cans enchilada sauce
2 cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions, drain, add olives, mushrooms, and tomato sauce. Spread one can of enchilada's sauce in a baking dish. Spread some hamburger mixture on the tortillas and add some cheese. Roll up and put seam side down into baking dish. Pour other can of enchilada sauce on top, add rest of hamburger mixture over the top. Top with cheese and bake at 375º for 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted and heated through. Top with sour cream, if desired.
