1lb. smoked sausages
1 32 oz. pkg frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Slice sausage into little pieces. Mis the soup, sour cream, onions, milk and spices. Put half the soup mixture in a fair sized baking dish, cover it up with all the potatoes, top with sausage, then the other half of the soup. Top with the cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 min, covered with foil, remove foil and bake for about 15 min more. Watch so top dont burn.
