1 lb. Ground Beef or Elk or Deer
1/2 Jar Chili Salsa (Approx. 8 oz.)
1 - 8 oz Jar Tomato Sauce (home canned is best)
1 1/4 Cups Uncooked Macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat in skillet, drain fat. Add Salsa and tomato sauce. A little water may be added if too dry. Simmer for approximately one hour. Cook macaroni in boiling water until done. Drain and add to meat mixture. Serve

This is so quick and easy and a favorite with kids. When Erik was in school his friends would request either this or my home made meat loaf when they came to our house for supper.
