1 clove garlic
2 inches fresh ginger root, chopped
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 oz. about 1/2 c. macadamia nuts
1 lime, juiced
1 c. cilantro leaves
1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. coarse salt
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked to al dente
1/2 c. pasta water reserved.

Place first 8 ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth, then add some pasta water. Toss with hot pasta, adjust seasoning, then serve immediately.
