1 1/2 lbs. Round Steak, cut in cubes
3 T. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. olive oil or vegetable oil
3 small onions, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/2 - 3/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, paprika and salt. Roll steak cubes in flour mixture. Brown in oil. Add chopped onions. Add water and mix well. Gradually add sour cream. Cover and simmer for one hour. Serve over rice or noodles.
