1 lb. Jimmy Dean's frozen pork sausage (regular or spicy), cooked and drained
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Directions:
Directions:
Layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and cheese in greased baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Beat remaining ingredients, pour over sausage mixture. Cook uncovered in 350 oven until golden brown and set, about 30 minutes. Cut into twelve 3 inch squares. Great for Christmas morning!
