1 lb. mild pork sausage(cooked and drained)
1 lb. velveeta cheese(melted in microwave)


Rye cocktail bread

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Cook sausage and drain fat. Melt cheese in microwave. Mix meat and cheese together. Brush bread with olive oil and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Add a teaspoon of sausage and cheese mixutre on top of each slice of bread. Bake for 10-15 min.

You can also add finely chopped onions for a little extra flavor! These are AWESOME!
