1 lb. Ground Beef, Chuck or Round
1/4 tsp. Salt
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 28oz Jar Rago Spaghetti Sauce
1 14oz Can Tomatoes purred
1 10oz Package Frozen Spinach
15oz Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg beaten
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
10 Uncooked Lasagna Noodles

Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet brown been and drain. Add salt, pepper, sauce, and tomatoes. Combine spinach , Ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese with egg. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with oil spread 2 cups meat mixture over bottom of the dish. Place 4 uncooked noodles lengthwise over this and one at end of the dish. Spread cheese mixture over noodles and sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover this with 1 1/2 cups of meat mixture the arrange remaining noodles over that. Press lightly into sauce and spread remaining sauce over this. Bake 45 minutes until noodles are tender. Remove from oven sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cover with foil and let set 15 minutes to serve.
